Dental insurance plans cover endodontic procedures at different payment levels, therefore coverage and co-payments can vary considerably. We’re currently in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Careington, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, and UnitedHealthcare, and may accept assignment from other PPO plans.
